What do I want to be when I grow up?
You might not have that figured out yet. And that’s both fine - and typical!. What you’ve done already is brave - you’ve listened to your gut and recognized that you might be happier or more fulfilled in a different job or role. Or, perhaps you need to be doing something very different—a career change that offers more compensation, greater internal satisfaction, or better suits your lifestyle.
Changing the course of your career is a big step. It doesn’t need to be overwhelming, though: it just needs a plan. As your Career Coach, I’m going to guide you through the exciting process of finding and entering a fulfilling new career path by asking questions like:
- What do you excel at now? What skills do you currently have that could help you transition to a new role or a new career?
- What do you love to do? Where do you want to be? What is your dream career?
- How can we most easily get you from where you are now to where you want to be?
Your career (role) choice either supports achieving your ideal life or keeps you from achieving happiness in this very important area of your life. Career coaching could include a resume assessment or full makeover, a career strategy, salary negotiation, or interview preparation - whatever is needed to help you achieve your goals. Most of all, I’m here to guide you and remind you that you can do this!
SO. Are you ready for your best career? Get started.
